Neck Pain

The neck can be a common site of pain and can often present as tightness and spasm, restricted movement, referred pain and even headache inducing. Whether a muscle strain, nerve compression, result of a sporting collison or fall or even tightness from overuse. An assessment can be key to determine if the area needs time to heal or conditioning is the best way forward to reduce symptoms and return to pain free function.

Neck pain treatment

Once assessed and aware of the issues with your neck pain, a treatment plan can be put into place looking to reduce symptoms and improve movement with a combination of exercise based and manual therapy treatment. From there the rehab can build and become more specific to the tasks required by you and lay down strategies to ensure a robust system is created around the neck to maintain function for the future.
