Initial appointment

Injury or Strength & Conditioning Consultation to establish individuals issues, wants and needs, enabling the construction of a plan going forward. £45 if paid at the time of booking.

Six rehab sessions

A block of 6 sessions allows for more coach/therapy led sessions. Helping to maintain quality of exercise execution, adherence and respond to individuals needs sooner for more efficient and effective outcomes.
