Sports Therapy
Assessment of pain and injury to determine diagnosis and starting point and progression of rehab programme, utilising exercise and therapeutic modalities to efficiently get you back on track and “returning to play”.
Sports Massage
A stand alone treatment, part of your rehab programme or even as event preparation and recovery. Sports Massage can offer pain relief and assist in improving limb and joint movement. A variety of techniques can be used to target individual issues.
Strength & Conditioning
Combining physical screening and needs analysis of an individual's sport/training. The strength and conditioning coach can plan and deliver physical preparation programmes for performance in sport and physical activity.
Athlete screening
Athlete Screening is typically used during a pre-season period to establish an athlete's physical baseline values. These can be used to inform programming decisions and used throughout the season to monitor an athlete's current state of progress.
